How long is the program? 

One year long, broken up into four quarters. 

Quarter 1 - Macronutrients 101 - What are macros and how do they affect our nutrition?

Quarter 2 - Micronutrients 101 - How important are micronutrients for my health goals?

Quarter 3 - Move More to Eat More - Want to be able to eat more calories, then it's time to make a commitment to an exercise plan. 

Quarter 4 - Macros for Life - Learning how to change your own macros as you move forward without your coach.

What does having a nutrition coach mean?

You will be added to an accountability group on Facebook to see recipes, grocery finds, workouts, and more. You will have texting access to your coach 24/7 and they will be checking your food log and offering suggestions. You will talk via FaceTime, phone, email, or text weekly to check on your progress and receive your "tip of the week".

What will I be eating?

You will eat what you want! Your coach offers tips based on what you are already drawn to. Like eggs for breakfast? Your coach will suggest swaps to make them more macro-friendly for you (replacing some of the eggs with egg whites, swapping for a LowFat cheese, etc).

Katy Cato, PN1

Katy Cato is a nutrition coach who helps individuals make the transition from the mindset of “food is the enemy” to “food is fuel”.  Katy started CrossFit after becoming a mother and noticed the gym alone wasn’t changing her body.  A nutrition coach simplified the overwhelming world of dieting and health for Katy and she saw a complete body transformation in six months.  This experience landed her in classes to become a certified personal nutritionist and Katy took on her first set of clients of her own. 

Today, Katy continues to learn about health while owning her own nutrition company, Macrolytes.

Lisa Reichardt, BSN, RN, CCRN

Lisa’s attention to nutrition started at a young age, stemming from a trauma that led to an eating disorder. Her journey of recovery fueled her passion to help people overcome their own obstacles, to walk with them on their journey. Currently, she is a nurse in the neuro/trauma ICU while pursuing her education to become a nurse practitioner.


Lisa has continued to learn about food and the effects it has on the body through her education in medicine and her passion of health and fitness. She strives to help people understand and appreciate food and nutrition while learning to love their bodies.
